#3 SELECTED WORK²

NADIT PRO
identity

Brand build from scratch · naming · identity · ongoing content system

THE START

Marko, football coach, also my partner, wanted to start his own program for individual football training.

The vision was clear: serious work for young players, no theatrics, no "Training by Marko" personal brand.
Something that could grow into its own thing, with its own identity, that wouldn't depend on his name to exist.

So we started from a blank page.

THE NAME

Out of long conversations about what the program actually does, NADIT PRO came together: Program Nogometne Analize, Dijagnostike i Individualnog Treninga.

The acronym worked literally, but the real catch was the PRO: at once professional, process, progressive. One word, three readings, all of them true to what Marko wanted the program to be.

The name didn't exist anywhere
not in Croatia, not in the region nor globally. Sounds like something, means something
and holds room to grow.

The Identity

The logo had to do two things at once: read instantly as football, and signal excellence without bragging about it. A star inside a football — proof of the goal without spelling it out. Simple enough to work on a jersey patch, a player ID card, or animated as a stinger in a 15-second reel.

The visual system around it — sharp green on deep navy, italicized condensed type that punches without shouting, real grass and real players in every frame — was built to match the program's voice: grounded, modern, direct. No pretending.

I run the whole content side: posts, carousels, reels, animations, copy, captions, edits.

THE CONTENT

The audience is young players (and the parents behind them), and they smell fake instantly. So the content stays in the same register the program does: coaches actually coaching on actual fields, real questions ("ŠTO KADA TRENER MARKO UZME LOPTU?"), real research ("PET MITOVA U NOGOMETU"), and the occasional Cruyff line because some things don't need replacing.

THE RESULT

NADIT PRO went from an idea in conversation to a brand with a name, a logo, a voice, a visual language, and a working content engine, built end-to-end and run as one system.

It's also the project where I get to test, in real time, what works and what doesn't when you're building a brand from absolute zero.
